The training is highly participative.
The facilitator uses ‘person centred’ skills and will
enable participants to begin to practise these skills themselves.
The resources which participants bring, in terms of personal and professional
experience and training, are acknowledged, shared and built upon.
A combination of whole group, small group, dyad/ triad activities
are used eg discussion, feedback, listening, sharing ideas, creative
tasks.
Programmes can be modified according to the needs of the
service provider and the course participants.
