Stress Counselling

In six one hour weekly sessions you would:

  • Explore your principle stressors & identify early warning symptoms
  • Re-assess your priorities
Plan and implement strategies to:
  • Raise your sense of self-worth
  • Clearly define your boundaries
  • Create time and space for yourself
  • Communicate effectively and express your thoughts, feelings and needs
  • Enable you to say NO!
  • Ease out some of your tension enable you to relax and let go
What you could expect in the sessions:

  • Time to slow down and give yourself some space
  • Time to reflect on your concerns and to feel that they are being really listened to and taken seriously
  • Time to learn some simple breathing/ relaxation/ meditation techniques to ease your body and mind
  • Support in planning and implementing strategies for reducing and managing stress
  • Support in practicing strategies
  • Support in managing your stress reduction programme
