In six one hour weekly sessions you would:
- Explore your principle stressors & identify early warning
symptoms
- Re-assess your priorities
Plan and implement strategies to:
- Raise your sense of self-worth
- Clearly define your boundaries
- Create time and space for yourself
- Communicate effectively and express your thoughts, feelings
and needs
- Enable you to say NO!
- Ease out some of your tension enable you to relax and let go
What you could expect in the sessions:
- Time to slow down and give yourself some space
- Time to reflect on your concerns and to feel that they are being
really listened to and taken seriously
- Time to learn some simple breathing/ relaxation/ meditation
techniques to ease your body and mind
- Support in planning and implementing strategies for reducing
and managing stress
- Support in practicing strategies
- Support in managing your stress reduction programme
